Good afternoon,
Thank you for your feedback.
I have spoken with my our Customer Care Manager and he has confirmed that we do have a process for this situation, but it appears that there was no contact to allow us to do this.
In any instance that a loan is closed, a customer can log into their online account and if they continue to meet our current criteria, we allow them to re-apply for a loan for their unexpected expense.
