After paying back a short term loan of 2 months early I wanted to borrow more only to be given a worse rate than the previous loan, you don't want return customers??

At PiggyBank, our interest rate is actually 0.8% per day (fixed). It could be that you simply applied for a higher amount and of course this means you would have paid more interest.
