I can see you made an order on 14/12/2022, and our team sent you an email confirming that it had been dispatched on the same day, however we never received a notification that your sim had not arrived, so I apologise that this hasn't made it to you.
It would seem like the Royal mail strikes have effected some of our sims reaching our customers during the December period, so again, we apologise for the inconvenience.
