Ordered this and gave the co-op my PAC code in December 2024. Supposed to be hearing from customer services to complete the process of switching to the co op mobile. Still waiting. SIM not arrived....

No signal at all at my house, EE down who they piggyback off and no reply from COOP despite my complaint. Paying for something that doesn’t work. Terrible.
