Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback, we appreciate it.
I can see you made an order on 14/12/2022, and our team sent you an email confirming that it had been dispatched on the same day, however we never received a notification that your sim had not arrived, so I apologise that this hasn't made it to you.
It would seem like the Royal mail strikes have effected some of our sims reaching our customers during the December period, so again, we apologise for the inconvenience.

I am hoping now that you have activated your SIM, this will no longer be the case, and that you are receiving a good signal. I'm very glad to see that you are happy with the quality of the service, this is always great to feedback to our products team, however of course I do understand the pricing.
Our prices are set by the supplier, so we do have to follow suit! however, keep an eye out for any discounts you may be entitled to, or any special offers we have in the future.
