the great thing about our bundles is theirs no fixed term contract, so if you do find you need a little more data, maybe you're travelling one month across the EU, or you just simply need a bit more data for your day to day.

Good afternoon,
My name is Natalie, and I am part of the Feefo team here at Your Co-op.
I sincerely apologise for the delay in resolution regarding porting your number over to us.
We use the EE network for our sims, and we have had portability issues from their side for a month now.
we have been trying our best to make sure this is getting resolved as quickly as possible on our side.
This is an extremely rare unforeseen circumstance which we find ourselves in, and of course we and a resolution for yourself, and our other customers effected as quickly as possible.
As I cant contact you Via your mobile, I have taken it upon myself to try and get a resolution and emailed you directly.
I do hope we can help resolve this as soon as possible and i will keep in contact with you myself so e have a flow of communication.
