Haven’t received it to use it yet!! Ordered two weeks ago nearly and old provider had cancelled my other SIM card. Left without either.

Hello there. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I really am sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your SIM card. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of letters and SIMs we send out daily, some do of course go astray. I completely understand how inconvenient this is!
I can see now that you have received it and have activated it. I hope that all is no going smoothly for you. If not, then please do not hesitate to get back in touch with us.
As a gesture of goodwill, to apologise for the inconvenience, my manager has authorised a credit on your account to give you a discount off your first bill.
Your bill, naturally, will only charge from the day you did finally receive it and activate it.

Not the lowest price out there but I don't use a lot of data anyway. They use EE which is a reliable provider with good coverage in Wales and are an ethical company. I liked the no roaming fee too.
Hi Paul. Apologies that you have had a poor experience with us and that you currently have no service. I can see that after activating your SIM with us, you soon thereafter requested to cancel it online. You stated that you wanted to cancel because you were offered a better deal with a different provider. This of course is absolutely no problem so we did as requested and cancelled your service with us. This is why you now have no service. Is there anything else we can do to help you?
