We are extremely sorry if there was any delays with our courier. We do send out our SIM cards with Royal Mail, therefore sometimes the delivery of the SIM can take a little longer than expected due to delays with Royal Mail. In regards to checking how much allowance is left you can check this on the settings of your handset under the mobile data section.
