the only comment would be that the parcel was left unknown to us over a high side gate, not even card put through letterbox, we were away for 5days so not a good idea to leave it,

I would add that the Freda dress I wanted and tried to order online wouldn't 'submit' - so I phoned the help no. - and a really helpful woman said it was not available in a 16 - so wouldn't 'take the order...' but then said 'wait, I'll check the warehouse ...' and hey presto - she found one - which was delivered a day or two later. That young woman went 'the extra mile' - and deserves recognition for her trouble. She could easily have simply said. 'not in stock!' - and left it at that!
