Good customer service

they didn't explain when they would take my initial deposit, this meant that there was not sufficient funds in my bank to pay the deposit leaving me to incur bank charges.

So far touch wood I have not had to use it..but the lady I spoke to was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
