I have looked into this further and can see that, although your order was placed on 16 July 2026, we did not receive the prescriptions from your vets until 24 July 2026. Once prescriptions are received, our team generally requires up to two working days to review and approve them. In this instance, I can see that both prescriptions were approved on 25 July, and your order was then dispatched promptly on 26 July.
