We have tried to place information on how to return within each and every product page on our website and will review how this could be improved. I notice that you used our Live chat service to ask how to make a return and it seems that they were able to help. I hope that the instructions subsequently provided were clear. When we receive a return request we issue an RMA number as soon as possible with details of where to send.
