The loupe is excellent but It came with flat batteries which I had to buy in Switzerland for £15 to get it working. After that it worked fine

Wayne, we would like to respond to your comments. It was clear at the time of your order that we did not have the microscope in stock and there would be several weeks waiting time. When the manufactuer advised us that the waiting time would be even longer we shared this information with you and offered you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Instead of a refund you requested to have a microscope on loan in the meantime. We agreed to do this for free, without charge. Unluckily there was an issue with DHL so to help you out we paid again at our cost for a same day delivery to you of the loan unit. Not only have you had no issue with your deadline but we have really tried to help you as much as we could. Andrew

I waited 3 months for the microscope to arrive and when it did, it was in poor condition and poorly made. I would not recommend the manufacturer or Pepler Optics (the UK distributor).

Wayne, the NexiusZoom has been extremely popular and we have never received a negative feedback on it to date. You notified us last week of a scratch on the stand which we are dealing with this at the moment. This does not affect the performance. With regard to waiting 3 months it was clear at the time of your order that we did not have the microscope in stock and there would be several weeks waiting time.
