I am really sorry you didn't receive your order in time for your event. We did send it out on a 24 delivery with Parcel Force on the 7th of December for delivery on the 8th which was the date you gave us for delivery but looking at their website it wasn't delivered until the 11th - I am not sure if this was because of the weather. I will email you seperately to try and sort out the problem.
