Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I am sorry your daughter was disappointed - we do ask our pickers to make sure our customers get a selection but obviously this did not happen and I will remind them to always do this. Partypacks responded to my feedback with an apology e-mail and stated they would send a complimentary gift for my daughter. Cant say fairer than that and they have restored my faith in the company
