Previously I have been able to collect but now this service has stopped. I had to wait several days for them to be delivered and pay for this service.

We always try our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service so I am sorry that we have not met your expectations on this occasion.
I can see that you have placed your order on a standard delivery which is currently a 5 working day service which I can see on the tracking that this was delivered on time.
However, in regards to our collection service that we no longer have available - we have relocated our warehouse to Milton Keynes as we are currently expanding so we will no longer be able to offer a collection service anymore.

However I have checked your order and I can see that the delivery was due for 22/08/23. Due to the order being placed after our 5pm cut off for, this would have moved onto the next working day. I have also checked the tracking and can see that this was delivered on time.
