Service and delivery was good but the dress I received was supposed be a 16/18 fitted my grandaughter who is a 6/8 so mega small

Paid for next delivery and parcel didn’t arrive on time -shocking service. I will be seeking full refund

We are so sorry to hear that your parcel did not arrive on time. I appreciate how frustrating this can be when our 3rd party delivery couriers face delays.
You can get a prepaid return label online and send back the goods. And we will be happy to refund your order in full. Meanwhile, I have refunded you the extra carriage paid.
Once again, please accept our apologies again for the delay.
my order still has not arrived. Evri have lost it. No one from Party Delights replies to my emails. I have no product and no refund. Terrible service.

Really quick delivery and excellent customer service. Unfortunately one the items was damaged when received and after contacting them they refunded the item straight away - fabulous customer service!
