Thank you very much for taking the time to give us your feedback. Please accept our apologies that your shipment was damaged. I was unable to see any record of your call to let us know that your item had been damaged and there is no record of a claim for the damage. We always recommend a minimum of 2 inches of packaging inside the shipping box as well as using a very strong, double-walled cardboard box. Following our packaging guidelines will go some way to protect your parcels from damage during transit, however due to the nature of logistics, some damages will inevitably occur during transit. Please accept our apologies once again.

Thank you very much for giving us your feedback. Our quick quote tool only asks for the country, town and postcode for a quotation rather than the full address. The full address is not added until later in the booking process. We pride ourselves on offering accurate quotations, which is why the town and postcode are required for a quotation. If you were contacted with regard to an additional charge, it's possible that you are referring to the volumetric weight - this would mean that rather than your parcel weighting 30kg, the dimensional weight was 30kg. The volumetric weight of your parcel is calculated by doing the following calculation (LxBxH)/5000. This therefore implies that the carrier deemed your dimensions to be larger than you had stated on the website. As long as you enter your dimensions correctly on the website, the correct price will be returned and no additional charges will be charged. I'm sorry you no longer use ParcelsPlease.
