I ordered a pair of Action Trousers from Outdoor Look via their excellent website. The goods were with me in days and exactly as I had ordered them. Many thanks.
It took months to get a refund of postage on goods which were returned faulty, twice.
It was only after a threat of Trading Standards that I even got a response to my four e-mails.
Never again.

Apologies for the late refund as we for some reason hadnt received your emails.The refund was done on 2.9.10 and we have taken the faulty shorts up as an issue with the manufactures and are awaiting their response. Once again apologies for the delay.
