Hi there, Thank you for your feedback, and I am sincerely sorry for the confusion and frustration caused by your order! I want to reassure you that this was entirely due to an unexpected stock sync error in our system, not an intentional price markup. Our system was showing zero stock for the twin packs, even though our warehouse physically had them available. We price our twin packs lower specifically to save our customers money, so it is completely understandable why this looked unfair on your end. As soon as we realised what happened, we immediately: 1. Corrected our stock levels so the twin packs are back available at their regular lower price. 2. Issued a refund for the price difference directly to your account so you only pay the cheaper twin-pack rate.
