Excellent service & very friendly
This is the second time we have booked our holiday through Oasis, Heather Mitchell was excellent in advising us in certain locations, & Hotels . Definitely use again

I forgot to mention just how helpful Pauline Suttle was and not only during the booking process. On our last night on our cruise our return flight from Miami was cancelled at 9pm (our time). I sent Pauline an email to enquire about our options and by the time we got up the next morning she’d replied via email and then rang me to ensure we had been sorted out by the customer services team onboard. Thank you again
