We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. After reviewing your case we can see that in November you advised us that you would no longer be continuing your application before contacting us again 2 weeks later to relook at options. After carrying out a Fact Find you then advised us that you didn't wish to proceed until Spring. We always state that applications can take up to 2-3 weeks, and after continuing the application on the 1st February your application completed 2 weeks later on the 15th.
