Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

We do not think that any vetting of Sinclair could achieve a different outcome on a neighbour doing some improvements upstairs and moving furniture. We believe it was an unfortunate isolated incident. The Sinclair apartment has been with us for over five years with no noise issues, save for this neighbour one.

Siamo spiacenti di sentire che il vostro soggiorno nell'appartamento di Offenbach era problematico. Speriamo che i temi non ti impediranno di tornare a stare con i ciottoli di nuovo. La menzione della lavastoviglie nella lista delle proprietà era un errore e ora lo abbiamo rimosso dalla descrizione.

Fabulous! Lovely accommodation in Nice in great location.

All the arrangements went well from the greet at the airport and transfer to the property. The property itself was beautiful, well equipped and very clean.

Thanks for taking the trouble to feedback. Our guests do seem to like the airport transfers they book. With the tram line starting from the airport in 2019, we're hoping guests are also going to love the ease of getting into Nice by tram as well, if preferred. Our housekeeping team love to get great feedabck too and we'll be sure to pass it on.
