We're blushing! Thanks so much, we do try to work with our owners to deliver great apartments in super condition. We're loving some of the feedback our staff on the ground in Nice get for their cheery meet and greets, and in our office on rue de l'hotel des postes.

We are sorry you had issues over the TV and we can confirm that it's working properly now and was temporarily having some technical problems during your stay. A lot of our guests watch the news on their tablets which they can use by connecting to the free wifi which is available in all our properties.

We try very hard to give all our guests good information about Nice on our website and also provide detailed instructions of how to reach each of our properties by car, air and rail. On arrival we provide a welcome folder containing instructions on how to work the appliances and information about the local area
