Product was OK but service from Next was terrible. The item was sent to the incorrect store and despite asking for it to be redelivered to the correct store it was delivered to my home address....

This item was never delivered I was sent an e mail advising there was a delay, a further email.stated further delay followed by an e mail to advise it would not be delivered but I could 're order.

Because my item has not been delivered yet??<

Next you need to get your sizing sorted. Ordered 16 as i always have and its too small more like a 12/14. Sending way too many items back purely because of this and shopping elsewhere. I love Next...
