Hi M, thanks for sharing your experience with us in Morzine. We're so pleased the communication before the lessons was informative, and the kids had a lot of fun on the slopes with the friendly instructor. We're sorry you felt unprepared for the children to stop for a break. There is no pressure for every child to buy a drink, although it is a nice treat and gives kids the energy boost they often need, as learning to ski can be tiring on little legs. Usually, the instructor will take charge and deal with the money for the children, ensuring they get the change needed for the type of drink they had, especially as it's in a foreign language. We're sorry this wasn't the case in your child's lessons. On our website, we suggest bringing a snack in their pocket and some money for a hot chocolate in lessons longer than 2 hours as they usually stop for a break, but we'll make it more transparent in our communications from now on. The last thing we want to do is let our guests down, and minimizing stressful situations like this can be avoided in the future, so thank you for your honest feedback. It helps ensure we provide our guests with all the information they need for the best experience possible. We're sorry we dropped the ball this time. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance.
