Hi Chris, Thank you for providing feedback after your lessons with Sam. We appreciate your honesty and are always looking to improve. We apologize for the issue at the start of the lesson. We usually take pride in our team's organization, punctuality, and communication skills, so we're sorry that we fell short on this occasion. During less busy weeks, our instructors can usually make up the time to compensate for any disruptions, but in this instance, the instructor must have had back-to-back lessons. Despite the circumstances, we're pleased that Sam was able to help you explore further and make you feel more confident off-piste.
