Hi there, First off, thank you for letting us know about your experience with us in Val d’Isère. We’re elated to hear that you enjoyed your lesson with Marco. I’ll be sure to let him know that his work is appreciated and you had a good time on the slopes! It sounds like we could be a bit better when it comes to prior communication, though. Sorry, we fell short there. There was an error with your confirmation email and we’re sorry we gave you the wrong information regarding the instructor's name. We are looking into this and are sorry for any confusion caused. We’re sorry we didn’t pick up your email before the second lesson sooner. We always strive to respond as soon as we can, but we can’t always promise an instant response. It was unfortunate that the instructor you were due to have injured himself right before the lesson, meaning we had to cancel it and didn’t have another instructor available. We hope you received your refund promptly for the cancelled lesson. Overall, we’re pleased that you enjoyed the lesson with Marco, and we understand that you couldn’t find each other for a few minutes at the start of the lesson. But when we checked in with Marco, we were pleased to hear that he made up for the lost time and skied with you for longer. Moving forward, we’re definitely going to prioritise more streamlined communications prior to your trip. We hope you’ll give us another chance so that we can show you how important your feedback is to us.
