Hi Rachel, We appreciate your feedback although feel it does not tell the full story. We want you to know that we’ve reached out to our team in Verbier, to get a little more insight into what happened here. We are sorry that we had to cancel your lesson, the terms and conditions for group lessons are however clear on our site. Following the cancelled lesson, we offered you 2 private lessons and explained where you would meet your instructor. Our team double-checked you understood where to meet and said you agreed. You subsequently arrived late and with the wrong skis wasting the first private lesson. Our team in Verbier are pleased you found another school and had a fantastic lesson. Hi Mel, sorry to hear that you disagree with the circumstances I described. I waited for 30 mins beforehand in the place described so was definitely was not late. It was when I rang the ski school that I managed to find the ski instructor. It was appreciated that the ski school arranged a private lesson. What the comment above doesn’t address is the issues obtaining a refund and having to ring the office each day to chase this up. I’m sorry you don’t feel my story tells the whole story. I was invited to write this review by New Generation Ski School as you asked for my feedback so was simply responding to that invitation.
