How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

Thank you for your feedback. The 2 hour private lesson that is referred to took place on a Monday. We would have loved the opportunity to talk this through at the time and were very surprised to hear about this through feefo. We never want one of our clients to be put in such a bad mood that they are not even able to tell us that they or their party had a bad experience with us. We take this accusation very seriously.
