How do we verify reviews?

UPDATE: We have had several FEEFO comments onboard in regards to our group shortening policy. The policy is one that is applied by most ski schools in the Alps and so is one we have grown up with historically. However - we have decided to 'buck the market' and listen to our clients and have now changed our group shortening policy.
