Thank you for your feedback. It was good to hear that you enjoyed your lesson and that it was a very good standard. We have quite lengthy notes on our contact with you in regards to the change in your lesson as we record everything we say (in note form) and all attempted contact with our clients (i.e. tried to call client, left message etc.). We have looked at our notes and believe we kept to our terms and conditions. We did not have enough people to run the Off Piste Clinic therefore we offered a private lesson in it's place or a refund. We moved the private lesson to the Thursday so that you were able to go on a Guiding Session with your Tour Operator. Our learnings from this are that we need to increase our communication with clients and make sure that what we are offering is understood otherwise it can lead to complaints like this even if a good lesson has been delivered. We can't dictate how many people buy our lessons. We spend a lot of time visiting chalets and hotels and work with a number of tour operators to try and fill our lessons so they run as promised. We are the only ski school who promise to run Clinics and Groups with 2 people in. We hope this shows our commitment to our promises. Thank you for your feedback.
