Thank you for your feedback. After we promised to find other people to share the lessons we should have called you back. I have had a training session with our staff to ensure we do not repeat this again. Last week we did not have enough people in resort to run a group lesson. When we can't run a group we offer private lessons. Private lessons are more expensive than groups as you are the only one paying for the instructor time. Sometimes the beginner slopes are busy but this is where we need to start the lessons as other slopes would not be right for the lesson. I hope we have shown that we are taking action to not repeat the issues that led to this complaint. We use feefo to give clients an opportunity to tell us where we went right and where we went wrong.
