Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to review your experience. We're gutted to hear your son didn't bond with his instructor. We have spoken to Alberto and raised all your concerns with him. Alberto agreed that your son was one of the strongest skiers in the group, although not quite strong enough to move up a level. Your son was keen to explore the bumps and jumps at the side of the piste and in the park. Alberto did his best to accommodate this, but at times felt he had to be a little stricter than normal to prevent your son from exploring on his own, which would not have been safe. Regarding the toilet breaks, we understand how much discomfort this can cause children, but the mountain environment does mean it is often not possible to stop for a break as soon as one is requested. Alberto has assured us that he was able to get your son to the toilet within 15 minutes of each request but in some instances, was unable to stop immediately. We would love the opportunity to show you that we can do better and our team will be in touch directly.
