Thank you so much for taking the time to review your experience. We're over the moon to hear your older children enjoyed their lessons, but very sorry to hear you didn't have the same experience with your four-year-old. With the World Cup being held in the resort, many of the areas that we normally use to teach beginners have been closed. This is why we were forced to use varying and different meeting points. The resort didn't make us aware in advance of which areas would be open and closed during the World Cup. However, we're incredibly sorry for not communicating the potential for disruption during booking. We're reviewing our systems to ensure this never happens again. Our team will be in touch directly to follow up on your feedback on a more personal level. Thank you again.
