Thank you for your feedback and recent order, I’m sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. After receiving your order on Sunday 26th May, it was despatched on the first available date, after the UK May Bank Holiday by Royal Mail International Tracked, on Tuesday 29th May. This service has a delivery aim of 3-5 business days but unfortunately it looks like there has been a delay in the item being processed on receipt at the Malta Post Parcel Office.
The tracking for your order has recently updated to show that the shipment is being processed by customs in Malta and more information will be available once the parcel has been cleared. This can be found at https://www.maltapost.com/tracking with the tracking no.
LP718984879GB. I’m afraid there is no timeframe on how quickly this will be completed, however I hope that the shipment will be released soon.
The postal services will class the item as lost once 20 working days after the due delivery date has passed, therefore if you have still not received your order by 3rd July, please let me know and I will issue a refund.
