Thank you for your feedback and recent order. I'm sorry there has been a delay in receiving your order, I did try and contact you by email on the 16th June as UPS required additional information to clear the order through customs. Unfortunately, after looking at the
tracking information today, the parcel is now showing as damaged. I will therefore refund the order in full and raise a claim for the damages with UPS. Apologies for the inconvenience. Dan @ NatraSan.
