Dear Sheila We have tried to contact you several times to try to check if this has been received. As per our mail to you when you placed your order in October our Christmas products were not available for despatch until 2nd week November so our Christmas chocolates are nice and fresh. I do hope you have received your order by now. If not please do get in touch with me.
