I am so sorry to learn from your review on Feefo of your disappointment with our product. The last thing we want is a disappointed customer.
You mention that on our website we said these are gluten free. The product is indeed gluten free however as is clearly stated on our website in the largest letters on the gluten free product page they are not suitable for allergy sufferers ( this is underlined on the webpage ) and goes on to state ‘Our factory handles various allergens, and traces of these may be present in all products'. This is all clearly stated at the top of the products page.
On the actual product page of the product you selected it also states in the allergens section:
May also contain milk, nuts, also cereals containing gluten
