The 241 rewards is a great innovation, it allows those not that financial to take advantage of holidays they may not otherwise have been able to take.

Well I have had more interactions with My241Rewards. Those with vouchers please be careful!. I booked with the company, but found out the next day that the cruise linner was advertising the same cruise with extras. In the end on comparison of all the fees and charges from 241. I only saved about $300 which is a far distance from the promoted 2-4-1 expectation. Going straight to the cruise company appears to be a better deal with better cabin options which where not available in the gift certificate. I am extremely disappointed as my expectations were just miss matched. I only booked the cruise as I got this through Odyssey and through paying a membership fee was expecting to gain access to some great deals and in this case, I was expecting a far greater discount compared to the every day consumer. But only getting about a 15% values was disappointing. Then to be told that I if I cancelled it I would loose $275 per person in the deposit so there recommendation was to just keep the cruise, It was just disappointing. So to all the consumers especially using a voucher, just be careful and compare direct with the cruise company as the gift certificate is not always as great as it seams.

My 241 provides prompt and efficient service. The only reason l didn't put excellent is there is always room for improvement. 241 may be a bit hard pressed to find that ... But there you go.
