While the load size of your removal was not huge, it was twice as large as the amount we were notified about. As a result, the loading and unloading time was twice as long as assessed, which in turn increased the cost of labour.
We work on a fixed price basis, which requires providing thorough information about the load size and the work condition. Luckily the vast majority of our customers supply us with all the required information and the price adjustments are rare.
