Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I would like to address the issue regarding your pre-cruise stay. After investigating the matter it appears that there was a miscommunication between Expedia and Mundy Cruising which led to a Garden View Room being reserved for you. We were advised incorrectly that some of the Garden Rooms had sea views however this is not the case. So even though it wasn't my fault and I was quite clear on my booking request an apology is considered closure by Mundy.
