Many thanks for your feedback and your additional comments when speaking to Sharon. I’m sorry to hear that your experience of Vikings pre- and post-cruise arrange was so poor and that the hotel Mundy arrange for you pre-cruise did not meet your expectations. We have now taken this property off-sale. Sharon has informed me that you didn’t want to raise this with Viking as a formal complaint so I’ve shared your feedback with our account manager so they are at least aware of the issues you experienced, and your comments have been shared will the team at Mundy so we can provide better support to others in future.
