Many thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your experience of Riverside was one with so few other guests and that this had a negative effect on the atmosphere on board. As a new entrant into the luxury river cruise market some sailings have been less well sold than others. With regards to the security measures, compared to ocean cruises the requirements are not as stringent so a lower level of checks is not uncommon.
