Hi, We're so sorry to hear your order didn't arrive in time for your show. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been. We're also sorry for the confusion with the returns portal. We recently made a change to the way returns for tights are handled. Due to previous cases where opened tights were returned, our tights returns portal is no longer available automatically. Instead, our team manually enables returns once we've confirmed that the tights are still unopened, as we can only accept unopened tights for hygiene reasons. I'll be in touch with you directly to confirm whether the tights are still unopened so that we can arrange the next steps for your return if applicable.
