I got to know Moss Bros in London Regent Street and they were a reliable company there. Due to the relaunch of the website I was almost completely unable to get in contact with someone from the help desk for more than 4 weeks. It was easy to reach someone of the Sales-department during that period though, which didn´t give me the best impression. After a dozen contact attempts everything finally went fine. I got my refund and a lot of apologies for the inconvenience. In case there will be another issue to solve I´ll ask for Jessica directly. She was able to help me twice...
