The delivery company was unable to deliver the product to me and hence returned it back to company. Therefore, I have paid for an umbrella which has never delivered to me. Quite upset customer ;(((((

please accept our apologies. When we receive undelivered parcels we contact the customers to arrange either a redelivery or a refund, and we failed to do so on this occasion.
Would you like us to send the umbrella to you (same address or to an alternative address) or do you prefer a refund?
