Process of arranging a fitting could have been better. And I'm still receiving emails and texts from Moss / DPD about delivering a suit this week (the week after I've returned it).
Quite unhelpful in-store. I was so dissapointed with the items that I returned them the same day without having worn them & was told that I was not entiltled to a refund. £70 wasted.
Bad service collecting suite, was not impressed by gentleman who served me. On return when mentioning cumberband broken was told "I don't know why you bother".
Very expensive for such bad service...
