Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the price of the MORE Skin and Coat Wet Dog Food. Other retailers sell items at just above (or sometimes below) cost price, occasionally making it impossible for others to compete. We cannot sustain our ethical business model or continue to train and care for our staff if we operate in this manner. On many items, such as food, MORE Pet Foods makes an unsustainable low margin, as do most other retailers in the pet food sector. Certain items we will sell at a slightly higher margin to allow our business to trade profitably. Overall, we can assure you that MORE Pet Food’s gross margin is in line with all other retailers. Unlike other pet product providers, we do invest a great deal in our staff training, which provides our customers with an unparalleled information service. We buy 68% of our products from the UK, and pay all taxes in this country. We do appreciate all the feedback we receive from our customers and offer our apologies that you have not been fully satisfied with our services on this occasion.
