Excellent throughout

Overall it was a good job and the installer was very friendly and flexible. He did have the plans and the relevant documentation but I would maybe suggest that in future the installer has a conversation with the person who did the survey so that they are fully briefed on the site and what has been fitted.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Our engineers have the choice to call the surveyor if they would like to so I am unsure as to why he didn't but this is definitely something we will look into and rectify. Best Wishes.
